Today is the day we celebrate our independence from British rule. Can you imagine what it could be like to still be considered a colonial settlement? What would our teeth look like? Would my beer be cold? So many things might be different about our lives had it not been for the brave people who fought for our freedom so long ago.
We should never take our freedom for granted. Many lives were given so we could live free.
